The Forever Young Guest House (GH) is a charming cabin located ~30 yards down the hill from our cabin. The GH has:
two bedrooms
queen sized master &
‘kid zone’ room with full size bed.
a large sectional couch which easily sleeps two adults or two children
a full bathroom
a fully stocked kitchen
a fenced in, dog-safe back yard with a patio, gas grill and private fire pit.
The GH is Eco-friendly and simple by design. Guests should be prepared to practice water conservancy, recycling and other green practices.

BARTER: If the Guest House is currently out of your budget OR you simply want to get out on the property and do physical labor, you and yours can ‘barter’ for your stay by working the property with us.
One night in the Guest House = 3 hours of work per day per adult guest.
Guests need to be able to lift/haul 40-50 pounds, work in the elements (heat or cold) and work for three hours without physical limitations.
Examples of bartering work are:
- landscape maintenance (e.g. weed eating, pruning & mowing the yard),
- animal husbandry (e.g. mucking the donkey & alpaca pens, grooming or bathing the donkeys),
- clearing trails for hiking (killing poison ivy & kudzu, hauling dead trees, stacking rocks, using commercial weed eater).
